Help Clarence and Tina Bounce Back!
Organized by: Clarence Evans
Hi, My name is Clarence Evans who some of you may also know me as “Chubby”. I have been having a wonderful time here in Georgia. One year ago April 17, 2015 my mother Tina also known as “ Ernestine” was diagnosed with Endometrial Cancer after being hospitalized. Finally, after a long tough fight, mom beat cancer and is now a strong survivor. In March 2016, mom finally returned home after surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, assisted living, therapy, and other treatments. However, mom is now eighty percent bedridden which requires assistance from a caretaker. I have recently been diagnosed with spinal stenosis, two bulging disk, and sciatic nerves in January of this year. I have received many treatments such as physical therapy, an ablation (Burning of nerves), chiropractic, epidural (injection), deep tissue massage, and acupuncture. After the many treatments, there was still constant pain which led to the last resort surgery. The surgery is needed to reduce the pain and fix the two bulging disk along with moving the nerves to their proper place. I received the surgery on August 22, 2016. I am now on bed rest unable to help maintain my mother's high standard medical daily needs as well as my own. Currently, I have become aware that my income levels will not be able to maintain my mother’s or my own standards of medical care. I am asking for a helping hand in the recovery of my mother as well as myself. The funds will cover the caretaker (Myself and my mother), medication, and physical therapy. The funds will be very helpful over the time period of eight to ten months of recovery. Any amount you are able to give will be of great value we thank you in advance for your generosity. Thank you for your help to assisting Clarence and Tina bounce back! Thank you, Clarence Evans
