The evolution of my training!

As a cross country runner of 10 years, it was easy to average 7 miles a day with one true long run. For the Run Across Haiti, the body MUST See more
Running has been a passion of mine since the seventh grade. I had the privilege of going to Haiti in March of 2017 for a medical mission with Ohio Dominican University and totally fell in love with the life of Haiti. When I heard about Team Tassy's Run Across Haiti, it seemed like a blimp on the horizon, but it was something I felt I should be apart of. Two of my favorite things in one: Haiti and running! Now, I have been given the opportunity to return to one of the most beautiful places in the world with a mission that could truly change lives. The Run Across Haiti raises awareness of the beauty of Haiti, a place not of fear or sadness, but of hope and promise. The funds raised help run this race, but much more importantly, go towards families in Haiti and creating dignified jobs for Haitian families. I can't do this race without the help of you all! Help me run 230+ miles THIS FEBRUARY to give people just like you and me the opportunity to succeed. My goal is to raise $6,000 to include all expenses. If you are not able to give monetary gift, please keep me and the RAH team in your thoughts and prayers as we begin this journey of preparation! Thank you!
