THE STORY:
If you've been lucky enough to know Kenny, you know how much he loves helping people without expecting a thing in return. Now it's our turn to help him. He's losing a 15 year battle with pulmonary hypertension and hasn't been given much time to live.
One of Kenny's final wishes is to head to Texas and see his children and grandchildren one last time. Freida (Kenny's wife) wants to take leave from work to be with Kenny, but there are insurance, medical, and mortage bills piling up. The funds raised help with the travel and medical costs that come with that trip, as well as making sure Kenny has an amazing time.
Our goal is $20,000 and we know that's a lot to ask. It's very ambitious, but it ensures that Kenny's final journey is comfortable and Freida won't have to worry about bills. Anything and everything counts (even $5 goes a long way).
Gifts are wonderfully thoughtful, but it would be more helpful if you donated the money you'd spend here instead.
We want to thank everyone for everything you have already done and will do. Kenny (and us) couldn't have made it this far without the love and support of all of you.
