Help pay for my Prosthetic Arm
Organized by: Adam Gray
Adam was in a horrible accident, causing him to lose his left arm above the elbow. Since he works as a mechanic, it is very difficult to get back to work without a prosthetic arm. However, insurance is not cooperating with coverage for his prosthetic limb. The estimate for the prosthetic limb cost, cost of doctors visits and occupational therapy, along with insurance and warranty for the prosthetic so it can be repaired or refitted over time is $187,000. We will likely get insurance to cover some of the cost, and can come up with some of the funds on our own, but will still come up short.
