Help provide me with hope in fight against PTSD
Organized by: Joe L
I'm a Veteran of 20 plus years in the military, having served multiple tours in Iraq. On my first tour, my closest brother had passed away under very questionable circumstances. Being in the military at the time, the stigma was strong then and still exists today of being portrayed as weak, or being discharged from the military because one was prescribed medications for treatment of behavioral health problems. In the last week, another friend that I deployed with passed away, this now makes 10 guys I served with have now passed away 4 to suicide and 3 to Illness/Injury, and 3 KIA. I need to make some changes in my life, but simply do not have the resources to do so, and hate asking for help. However please do.
I need a fresh outlook on life.
