BENEFITING: CHARLES B WANG COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER INC
June is Immigrant Heritage month, and I would like to give back to a pillar of Asian American health and social services by raising funds for the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center (CBWCHC). Please join me in this effort!
Since 1971, CBWCHC has provided much-needed health care, social services, and advocacy to low-income and vulnerable immigrant communities in New York City. CBWCHC is also a leader in training and growing the next generation of health providers, advocates, and other professionals to continue providing care to underserved communities. As a first-generation Asian immigrant who has benefited from their services, I hope you can join me in raising funds to advance CBWCHC's mission and work!
Remember, no donation is too small!
- $10 will provide a Baby Basics book to an expecting mother.
- $25 will cover a flu shot for a senior.
- $50 will help test someone for hepatitis B.
- $100 will go towards a check-up for an uninsured patient.
As a sign of grattitude, I will color my hair for 1 month based on the color selected by the highest donor (or group of donors)!! Go ahead - donate and tell me your favorite color.....red, green, blue, pink?? The sky's the limit!
