BENEFITING: Conservators' Center
As Hopa Wolf has aged, she has developed some arthritis (as most geriatric animals), and we believe that part of her deteriorating body condition has to do with injuries sustained by being hit by a vehicle in her early life. This means that the beloved tall platforms where she likes to take her afternoon naps are now more difficult to access. We would like to add an additional step to each tall platform so that coming down from them is not so stressful on her joints.
The total cost for this project will be $150.00. Please give what you can to this special cause!
We encourage you to come visit us, meet Hopa and her packmates, and awaken your wild side!
The Conservators’ Center in Burlington, North Carolina is home to nearly 100 exotic animals representing 19 species – including more than 30 lions and tigers. This haven for wild animals in need of a home has a 3-part mission: education, conservation, and rescue.
