This funding campaign is for Patrick Fagundes, a retired U.S. Veteran that was disabled from a work related back injury. Patrick lost his home to foreclosure, after trying, trying, and re-trying to obtain a loan modification from his lender. But sadly, was foreclosed and "wrongfully" evicted. During the course of his battle to hold onto his home, Patrick has suffered multiple transgressions from a manipulated and corrupt foreclosure process. Not the least of which was a wrongful eviction while fully protected by the "Automatic Stay" provision inclusive in a bankruptcy petition. The Marshals gave Patrick less than 30 minutes to "get out". Patrick's wife managed to remember to grab one of their wedding photos on the way out the door, which we used in the video. Patrick was denied access to his home after the eviction, and literally a lifetime of Patrick's and his wife's personal belongings were dumped, never to be seen again.
Patrick's rights have been violated in multiple ways, and this fundraising campaign is for the express purpose of helping Patrick to raise funds for his legal fees in his pursuit of justice, and to regain control of his home.
What is the "Get-A-Song" part of the campaign you ask? Soles of Passion is offering those who donate a FREE download of their HOT new single "Escape From Jurisdiction B". Look for the download link in your Thank You message, after you donate.
