Felidae Conservation Fund is pleased to support Cassidy Fragakis in raising funds and awareness for tiger conservation. All funds raised will go directly toward important work being conducted on behalf of tigers. Please support our campaign for Cassidy!
A message from Cassidy Fragakis:
Welcome to my bat mitzvah project fundraising page. My name is Cassidy Fragakis and I’m passionate about tigers and protecting them. There are only 3,200 tigers left on this planet. If we don’t take action now, they will be extinct in less than 20 years.
Please watch this video to learn more about the plight of tigers, why they are being poached and losing their habitat and how you can help me raise money to save them.
I’m raising money for two reputable organizations in India that have done great work protecting tigers including enforcing laws against poaching and educating the public about habitat loss. A death of a wild tiger in their protected Indian lands does not go unnoticed. They keep tabs on the tiger population and keep track of criminals and the tigers that they kill:
1. The Wildlife Protection Society of India
2. National Tiger Conservation Authority/Project Tiger
I am working with Felidae Conservation Fund, a California non-profit that protects wildcats around the world. My goal is to raise a minimum of $5,000 to distribute to these two tiger protecting organizations.
In addition to this page, I’ll be selling my home-made body butter lotion I’ve named “Tiger Solve”—a moisturizing lotion or lip balm for $8 per tin. All proceeds will go to tigers.
I’d like to thank Zara McDonald and Ally Nauer of Felidae Conservation Fund for their knowledge and support in putting this project into action.
Thank you for helping me save tigers!
