Help Continue the Fight

I am 56 years old, and a 3 year Breast Cancer survivor. I had a double mastectomy and another surgery to take care of a serious infection. I now have limited range of motion and Post Mastectomy Pain Syndrome. I am also diabetic and I have suffered from Major Depressive Disorder for 30 years. I have a bad knee, and arthritis in my knee, shoulder and hands. I am no longer able to work. I am on disability, a place I never imagined myself to be. The medication that keeps the cancer from recurring (Aromasin) has many side effects. One of them is that it leeches the calcium from my bones. I was just told that the bones in my lumbar spine and hips are showing a decrease in density. They are becoming weak even though I've taken Calcium and Vitamin D all along. It is called Osteopenia, the beginning of Osteoporosis. There is a treatment that I can take, Prolia that is injected every six months. My problem is that I need to get my Dental health in order before I can start on the injections. Dentists will not work on you while you are taking Prolia because it may cause the jaw bone to weaken and possibly parts of it could die. This is a not a common side effect, but it does happen. I do not have any dental insurance. I would like to have oral surgery and have all of my teeth removed because they are crumbling from all the medications I am on. I am afraid of infection from the bad teeth, due to my Diabetes. So I want to have them removed and get dentures. Then I will be able to begin the Prolia to slow the bone loss and hopefully prevent any fractures in the future. Thank you for your time. Bless you all.
