BENEFITING: 4 to 12 year old children Why give? Your generosity will go to ensuring these children have a safe, fun, supervised environment to play soccer after school, weekends, and during summer. These are the times that children are at the highest risk for becoming victimized or drawn into negative activities. We provide a safe environment, amazing teachers & coaches, transportation, and programs to nurture and educate these children.
As you may know, too many children in our small community of Jaco, Costa Rica have only one parent at home, many are raised by single mothers who work 6 days a week, at an average wage of $500 to $600 a month and are unable to pay for daycare. Children from 4 to 12 years old go largely unsupervised in less than ideal environments for extended periods of time.
Helping these kids is less about soccer and more about showing them people care, and providing a safe, fun, loving environment for them to grow.
Help us by donating any amount and help us show these beautiful young children that people do care.
Thank you for your support!
