Help! I'm NOT Dying!
Organized by: Sylvia Ortega
Recently, in January of this year (2015) I was going into work and I ended up slipping on a patch of ice and sustained at that point the hospital thought was a minor sprain of the ankle. As time went by this little "sprain" snowballed (no pun intended) into the worst last 7 months of my life. Till this day, so far my ligaments are still torn, there's still severe swelling and to top it off, about two months ago I was diagnosed with traumatic arthritis from the incident and I will be living with this pain for the rest of my life. I go to physical therapy every other day and see the doctor usually twice a month which is about 45 minutes away. The problem is I'm constantly losing time at work and not always able to pay my car payment. Especially with the winter months coming, my car will not be able to make it the long trips on the highway, and I can't get out of my loan as I've only been in for a year May '14 and I got it with a horrible credit score. I don't live alone however and I thank my mother for trying her best to put a roof over my head and feed me and take care of me when she can regardless of her being retired. Unfortunately, her car is on its way out with 300,000 miles and she cant afford to pay all the bills and take on a new car payment. My goal is to pay off the remainder of my loan which is about 5,000 and give my car to my mother at least she can travel locally if she needs and have no payments and clear it from my credit. The other $ 5,000 I will be looking to get an AWD vehicle and pay outright to help me travel the long distances to my doctors and make it to work for the snow season with limited issues. So I ask you from the kindness of my heart to help me. I'm not dying, but Im only 23 dealing with arthritis and other issues. Not only will this money help me get caught up with my bills, but I can finally begin to focus on starting my business as a handmade jewelry boutique ! Thank you for taking your time to read! And God Bless everyone whether you give or not. I appreciate everything xoxo!
