Helping Haiti through Half marathons

Heart for Haiti
November 22, 2016
When I turned 30 I set a goal of running a half marathon in 1 hour and 30 minutes. It's not been easy training, but when I heard about the devastation in Haiti from the recent hurricane, I realized my troubles in training could be for a greater purpose of helping a nation with their troubles. November 10-15th I will be heading to Haiti to help an organization called I'm Me (imme.org) with community development and more specifically home building through creating outreach programs for orphans. If you've been grieved by the pictures of Haiti but not sure how you can help - please consider donating $3...30...$300, whatever is on your heart to give and I promise to run my half marathons with the purpose of helping families in Haiti. The following are the dates I will be running half marathons Oct 30th - Wicked half November 4-5th- Ragnar Dec 10th - Holiday half I'd love for your support in my training troubles to help Haiti in theirs. Simply follow the directions to make a contribution. Thank you in advance and remember - any little bit helps!
