Helping Vora get a home for herself
Organized by: Yashontra Miller
We are here to help Vora also known as the bag lady, she recently was just released from the Conemaugh Memorial Hospital with third degree burns because she was attempting to cook on a burner that she found and plugged up outside. Everyday she scraps and eat out of the trash can, everyday we buy her breakfast she is a vegetarian and very sweet picky lady but loved by the entire town. Most people think that all homeless people are just bums and don't want to work. This is not the case with Vora she lost her whole family in a car accident and her mentality has not been right since. She is an educated woman with two college degrees in teaching. The death of her husband and only son has taken a lot of vora energy, time and mind it has been 6 years now since the death and for the past 6 years Vora has been living on the street. She did not receive the proper help counseling, or medications that she needed to get through this hard time. We are seeking $100,000 for her so that we can buy her a house, food and help her with programs, medications, counseling, grievance services and etc. Vora is all worth it this is the sweetest lady there is and she just needs a little help for her to get better and all donations are appreciated weather small or large, we are advocates for Vora located out of Pittsburgh, Pa we want to see her get better help for herself so please help Vora...
