The Grand Central Food Program(GCFP) was started in 1985 the day a homeless woman died of starvation in Grand Central Station. Since that day, the program has served over 6 million meals to countless homeless and hungry New Yorkers every night on it's three mobile routes. Serving through hurricanes, blizzards and blackouts, the program has never missed a night in 30 years.
Join me in raising $3000 total towards the Coalition's $30,000 dollar goal to keep this program running well into the future and keep helping our fellow New Yorkers to get hot, nutritious meals whenever they need them.
