EVENT DATE: Dec 15, 2012
For the past 6 years, The Cakemix Foundation has collected items to give to The Soup Mobile of Dallas for the homeless that they serve through their Christmas event on 12/24-12/25! Over the years, they have been able to make Christmas special for over 500 homeless men and women as well as provide food daily and shelter at their Soup Mobile Village for Men, Women, and Families! To assist them with their daily living needs, we put together toiletry items, box and wrap/decorate them for distribution at the event for gifts to open and use after their Christmas stay is over.
We’re extremely humbled and excited to announce that additionally, The Cakemix Foundation will also be extending the Helping Hands Project this year in distributing like items within the Denton and Collin counties assisting community organizations, working families, and students!
