Brandon Lanier just turned 31. He had just gotten a job and was walking to work Friday morning April 11. Jimmy, as everyone called him, never made it to work because he he was hit by a truck. His condition isn't good, he was air lifted to Macon which is about a hour and a half from his home.He has been put on life support and his friends and family are all praying for his recovery.
Jimmy has spent the last few years taking care of his mother and brother who both suffer from diabetes to the point they have been put in comas from the condition. His younger brother has lost a foot and an eye to the disease. Through all this Jimmy stuck by his family and was always there next to their bed in the hospital and tending their every need
Now his family is repaying the kindness and love he showed them. They have traveled 100 miles to sit at his bedside and talk to him just like he talked to them when they were in the hospital bed.
Jimmy needs our prayers and his family could use the help. Its not cheap to travel that far from home but it was the right thing to do. Lets help make sure that the expense from this isn't one more weight added to an already stressed family. We dont want Jimmy's mother and brother to be forced to leave his side because of the expense of it all, nor do we want the family to go broke as a result of staying at his side like he has for them so many times.
All donations go directly to Jimmy's mother to help pay for his care and to allow her stay by his side.
No donation is too small, and all money goes directly to Jimmy's mother, Betty Walker Lanier to help with expenses.
If you cant give money, you can still help
In times like these your prayers go a long way. Keep Jimmy and his family in your prayers.
Share this with everyone you know and encourage them to give and to pray.
Thank you for all your help in this time of need. Your prayers and donations are of great help in troubling times. Your donation is helping a mother who already has way too much to worry about, have one less thing on her mind.
If online donations arent your style and you are local, Chicago's Pizza and Fast Copy and Blueprint of Tifton Ga both have donation jars.
