We have a small dessert company that produces a line of award winning desserts with 50% of all profits going to homelessness among veterans and the homeless. The company currently caters to the wholesale sector of local restaurant and hotels.The company was started with a vision of some high school students under the direction and guidance of an national award winning executive chef. Sales have steadly climbed but are experiencing growing pains being supply can not keep up with the demand.. Currently all products are made by hand which is slowing down production.the product line consists of 7 unique pies with a cheesecake line waiting to be launched... This company was started on a shoestring budget and thus far has done great for its size... Two local 200 plus unit grocery store chains are showing interest in carrying the product line..but currently they are unable to supply the demand... We are looking to buy some bigger ovens and a commercial pie press to speed up the pie shell production...
