BENEFITING: PET NETWORK OF NORTH LAKE TAHOE INC
“I was rescued by Pet Network Humane Society when I lost my home. I’ve met many other dogs here. We are all waiting for a new family to take us home. I’m pretty cute, so I probably won’t have to wait too long. But some of my friends may be here a while.
Pet Network takes pretty good care of us but we have to be confined in kennels most of the time. Play time and a chance to go outside are the highlights of every day. Pet Network is in the pine covered mountains at Lake Tahoe and coyotes live in our neighborhood. I’ve heard that they can jump fences, and they like to hunt small, juicy dogs like me. I’m scared. Can you help the shelter get Coyote Roller fencing to keep us safe?” - Tiki, small resident of Pet Network Humane Society
Our shelter needs Coyote Rollers to keep wild animals away so our dogs can experience safe and necessary time outdoors. The purchase and installation of coyote rollers atop our existing fencing will cost $20,000. That is way out of our budget. We are looking raise $6,800 just to purchase the materials, our staff and volunteers can install the coyote rollers. Can you help?
Check out these videos that show how the coyote rollers work and how they can keep pets in and coyotes out!
