Help my "Mission for Wayward Felines" Succeed

I live in an apartment and put out feeders for the feral cats. I have caught some and made them pets, or tamed them and found homes for them, but it is just too expensive for me to do much on my own.
Currently, two feral momma cats have "nested" at each end of my side porch with kittens, and one other is in a room in my apartment with her kittens. I am trying to familiarize these kittens to human touch so that they can be adopted, but to really stop the increasing colony of feral cats, I need donations to pay for neutering/spaying, and inoculations for the mothers, tom cats, and, if necessary (i.e., if not adopted), for the kittens once they are weaned. Obviously, I cannot keep these kittens, so I will be seeking good homes for them in my area.
I have checked with local charities, but none can help me that much, except in the form of buying reduced cost neuter/spay certificates (which I use).
Can you help me?
Note: For full disclosure, I set up a separate banking account for these funds to keep apart from my regular banking. Receipts of all expenditures will be saved.
