HELP SAVE A YOUNG MOM
Organized by: Josh Earl I
My name is Josh. My pride has made me put this off as long as I can because I am not one that ever likes to ask for help. I am raising an 8 year old boy and a 5 year old boy. They are my sisters kids and they are the sweetest boys you'll ever meet. I have a great job, and have been fortunate to be able to provide for these boys and make our ends meet.
My sister is 29 and is suffering from a severe case of Chrons disease which has led to intestinal viruses, cysts on her ovaries, and severe weight loss. I dropped out of college to raise these boys, which has left me in a large sum of student loan debt. In addition, I suffer from Mental illness which has caused a high amount of medical bills.
My sister needs to have a surgery where they go and try to piece together the functioning parts of her intestine. She is uninsured, and does not qualify for state assistance due to the fact that she is currently "married" and not yet completely divorced. She needs to have surgery which then leads to a three month healing process, therapy, and time to get her back into the work field.
Medical bills are piling up like crazy after several ER visits, numerous tests, medications, etc etc and any amount you have to spare would help so much.
I set a goal for $5,000 just because it makes us set a goal (when in reality the medical bills are in the triple digits) but like I said, ANY little bit would help. Please help us save her life.
