Help Spay Large Cat Colony!
Organized by: Krista Conway
Not long ago we had neighbors that were animal hoarders/breeders in a very bad way. When they were evicted from the property they abandoned all the animals they did not sell or kill. Out of the cats they left we managed to find homes for some of the kittens and then just let the rest just sort of roam our property. We live in a rural area on a decent sized property and don't mind them here. But we are at about 20 cats that come and go on our property and they are now in heat We cannot afford to take care of any more of these animals. We need help fixing this large colony of about 20 cats. But the main concern right now is the 9 females. Its breeding season and we have just found a brand new little under a shed next door. We dont want to have to send any animals to a shelter to be killed. We just need help fixing these female cats asap. We found a clinic close by that will spay for $60 flat, but I dont think they can be in heat or pregnant or it costs more. The number to the clinic is 661-944-0880 and they are only open one or two days a week. Their sister clinic that is also close is a bit more expensive. High Desert Vet Clinic 661-272-1616. But can help me better. We are animal lovers that just want the best for these guys :)
