It's a great programme not only dedicated to protecting Elephants from poaching for ivory and meat but it also works with local people and farmers to help mitigate elephant - human conflict working to conserve the habitats of elephants and the livelihoods of farmers.
To raise as much money as possible I will be setting myself some mental challenges over the next 12 months.
My first challenge will be to jump the famous Victoria Falls bungee in South Africa this September! It's an 111m jump off the Victoria Falls bridge towards the Zambezi river. I think I am as excited as I am scared about this jump but hopefully with your support it will be well worth it.
I'll be funding the jump myself to make sure all donations go towards the WWF Elephant Programme.
I really hope you can help me raise money for the African Elephant its a great cause and I promise donating will make you feel really good! To keep the ball rolling all year round I will keep setting myself wacky challenges like this. I can tell you that challenge number two is already being planned and its even more crazy so please keep supporting me so together we can support the African Elephant.
