Looks like we may have found a condo to make an offer on... : )

Some people are blessed to have a best friend, and my best friend's name is Todd who I met in college which was many years ago. Well throughout the years I thought my life was fairly average. I now realize and appreciate how lucky I have been. While the "drill" is common: Get married, have a great kid, and work to pay the bills every month.... I was lucky.... This is at least a hundred times better than my best friend's life. Todd has Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), which has affected his entire life. Although he has to be one of the most uniquely creative and ingenious people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing -- he was unable to complete college, cannot hold down any type of normal job, and after attempting many, so many entrepreneurial project endeavors, he has never been able to follow one through to its fruition. Yet Todd has always had a "heart of gold." After having an extremely difficult marriage ending in divorce Todd has been an amazing -- and one of the most loving -- fathers I have ever seen to his two daughters. He also takes care of his 90-year-old aunt. They all live in a decrepit 1950s trailer in an trailer park outside of Seattle. Being extremely good with his hands, Todd has done everything to try to improve his home -- but there is only so much one can do to an aluminum "double-wide" or "deathtrap" as Todd calls it. It seems the electrical wiring was done completely wrong, and fire-danger is ever present. Despite nearly daily depression from his circumstances, Todd has become an Uber/Lyft driver. If you are not familiar with UBER and LYFT, it's very similar to being a taxi-driver with your own car. Unfortunately, it pays extremely little, and racks up the mileage on his only vehicle -- a used Toyota Prius. Todd, his 90-year-old aunt, and his wonderful children deserve more during this lifetime! I have been putting away a bit -- what I can -- of my own money every month towards buying Todd at least an apartment, condo or small home.....Anywhere away from that trailer. I cannot do this on my own. I am asking for contributions towards moving my best friend and his family out of the trailer park and into a safe home. Thank you.
