HELP YOUTH ACTIVITIES IN HAITI
Organized by: George Nixon
EVENT DATE Aug 02, 2014
BENEFITING: HAITIAN SPORTS FOUNDATION
EVENT DATE: AUG 2-3, 2014
Imagine being physically ready to compete in your favorite sport, but not financially ready.
The Haitian Sports Foundation has many athletes that have qualified for the 26th American Federation of Martial Arts Championship in August. But due to lack of funding, many of the young athletes might not be able to travel to Haiti and compete.
Let’s raise the funds and get these kids to their match in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti.
The HSF has already raised enough money to secure Visa’s for each athlete; what’s needed now is financial support for travel, food and lodging and equipment expenses.
The championship week begins July 29th and lasts through August 3rd, so time is running out. The kids are ready to compete. They just need the help getting to the venue!
Here’s a breakdown of the costs for each athlete:
Visa Cost $85.00 US
Tournament Entry Fees: $ 25.00 US For One or Two Events
Lodging: $176.00 per person
Please help support this effort by clicking DONATE and share this with your friends and family.
Thank you for your support,
George W. Nixon II
About the Haitian Sports Foundation
