HELPING HANDS CENTER FOR SPECIAL NEEDS wrote -
Do you remember going to summer camp when you were a kid? Maybe you learned to swim, played a new sport or made friends that you still remember today. At Camp HHC, kids with special needs have the opportunity to participate in a rich summer experience. From trying new sports, participating in water play or marching in a 4th of July parade, Camp HHC is a program designed for kids with autism and other developmental disabilities and is a critical component of the services offered at Helping Hands Center.
On March 1, 2015, I am participating in SPIN for Helping Hands Center. I have registered for at least one SPIN class with the proceeds of my registration benefitting Camp HHC. But, I'd like to do more and I'm asking for your help, for every $50 donation made to my ride I will add on one hour of ride time. Its been awhile since I have been on a bike so please donate early so I know how hard to train! You, too, can SPIN or make a contribution in support of Helping Hands Center and its mission to meet the educational and therapeutic needs of children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
To donate, click on the orange "Donate to this Fundraisier" on this page and donate at a level that is comfortable for you. Every dollar makes a difference. #beSPINtastic and thanks for your support!
