Hi Friends and family! One day, as I was reading yet another story about human trafficking, I found myself feeling very helpless. I wanted to do something to help women that are being trafficked but I didn't know what I could do or how I could help. That's when I found this fundraiser. I might not be able to go on rescue missions or help rehabilitate girls that have been trafficked (yet) but I can definitely hike a mountain and raise support for Amirah, a non profit organization that helps women that are being trafficked in the Boston area.
Please help me reach my goal of $1000. All of the proceeds go directly to Amirah and our hike will be on August 27. This will be the greatest physical challenge that I have tackled so far but what motivates me is knowing that there are women that face difficulty everyday when trying to escape the sex trade. These women are corageous and deserve all the encouragement and help they need.
Please join me in this effort by donating. If 200 people donated $5 each I would reach my goal! Thanks and advance and stay tuned to this page for any updates!

On August 27th, we will hike Mount Washington using the Tuckermans Ravine trial. This is a 7.1 mile heavily trafficked route that is rated as difficult. Hikers who join will meet together at 8am in Pinkham Notch to hike together as we raise money & awareness of trafficked women in New England.
The goal of Hike for Hope if for hikers to raise $25,000. Hikers are requesting friends, family and co-workers to participate in helping the women of Amirah.
