We have a 15 acre organic farm in Hiram, Ohio where 25 adults with disabilities, most of whom have autism, come to work on a daily basis. We raise organic vegetables in a summer garden and in greenhouse with an organic hydroponic system. We also raise grass-fed cows, pigs, lambs and chickens. Our therapy animals include cats, a lamb named Lambert, some miniature goats and pot-bellied pig named Charlotte. We produce soap and a range of seasonal craft items, including rag rugs and "Franklin" chairs for outdoor use. Our "Farmers" are paid a regular wage from sales of our products. All work has a therapy component that includes strengthening communication and social skills along with individual growth goals for each Farmer. We employ a number of direct support staff, van drivers and three administrative support staff.
