Camp Kindle is a camp for kids impacted by HIV/AIDS. It is a week long program dedicated to enriching the lives of campers through education, acceptance, unity, building relationships, and having general camp fun: arts and crafts, swimming, hiking trails, camp songs, and evening programs every night!
This is my 6th year volunteering with the CK family. In previous years I've been a Camp Assistant, Counselor, and most recently, the Writing Project Director. With this project, the campers spend each day writing about their experiences at Camp Kindle. This year the campers in my project will be making their very own books full of pictures, drawings, notes, stories, and memories from Camp Kindle!
Please help give these wonderfully spirited and talented individuals a means of expressing and sharing the impact HIV/AIDS has had on them! ANY amount helps.
THANKS A BUNCH! =D
