On March 5th of last year my mother passed leaving me her house. Unfortunately, all of her money was stolen by the spouse (Made it clear he married for money after she passed) leaving me with nothing to pay for taxes and other dues. I have sold everything I own in order to pay those taxes but missed an important detail. HOA dues. I'm tapped out, I can't pay them. I have four boys, and no where to go if I lose this house. Not only that, but I will lose the only thing I have left to remember her by. Someone, please help me!
