THE STORY:

City of Merced, popularly known as the Gateway to Yosemite now has a Great opportunity to grow.

The good news about houses here is that they are very cheap, however, many people here are so poor that they are not able to afford the housing even at the rock bottom price.

God has placed an vision in our heart to prepare a home for the people in need. We have found a building that could house about 100 people; and to make it a place ready to move into, we need about 5 million dollar.

This Home would be a place for empowering the people in need, our goal is to train them with skills and help them find jobs according to their abilities and provide them with basic needs such as healthcare, food and a roof and a place of fellowship & network and thus finally enable them to move ahead in life.

We also provide services in our Substance abuse Recovery Center for people who have been a victim of drug or alcohol addiction.

We have a dedicated team to help people with weight loss program. Our Medical Providers, the Nutritionist & Acupuncturist work together to achieve this and we also offer Gastric bypass surgery in partnership with Local Surgeons. Our weight loss program is covered by Medi-Cal.

We provide onsite couselling for various psychiatric and psychological conditions. Our team of qualified and licensed Professionals offer onsite couselling. Both Group and Individual Counseling are available in our clinics.

We are a faith based non profit Christian Health Care organization. Details can be found at www.huhc.org and are working in collaboration with Sound Life International Ministry Church Family to make this dream come true for these beautiful people around us.
