Homeless Man and His Dog

THE STORY:

Randall and his dog Hershey are homeless and living out of an automobile that doesn't run. I met them both in front of a local store. Randall was sitting on a bench and Hershey was sitting near by on a leash. While talking with Randall I discovered that not only do the two not have a home, but also that Hershey is ill with a sinus infection. This kind man has been homeless for many years. I would estimate his age to be around 60 years old. His dog appears to be about 6 to 8 years old. The dog Hershey is the only friend and family that Randall has in the whole world. If it wasn't for his dog, Randall would be all alone. I don't know where I would begin to solve all of Randall's problems, and out of respect, I don't have the right to tell him what to do. All I can do is offer to help in anyway I can. I'm asking for your help in helping Randall to have some modicum of security and peace of mind: My goal is to raise enough money to help Randall get a used car that actually functions and to help his dog Hershey get some medical help. Under current circumstances, his car could be impounded at any moment and he would lose his only home. Also Hershey could end up very ill and eventually die of his health problems leaving Randall all alone. Please help Randall and Hershey get a more secure home. A used and small camper that works would completely change Randall's and Hershey's lives. Medical help for the dog Hershey would help to reduce his suffering and it would help to insure that Randall has a companion to help him face his life. Any amount that you could offer, would be helpful. If you could donate a used camper that would be wonderful.
