Jesus, Jesus, Jesus.
I first would like to say I'm truly blessed at the reading of the bible.
I would like to tell you a brief history of myself. I was born in Rome GA, I don't remember much of it but I was raised in Chicago IL, Cicero IL, Elmhurst IL,.
At the age of 13 years old I had to leave my mother & 2 siblings to work @ my mother’s friends home since my mother couldn't support me. But my new family really gave me the opportunity to prosper in life, from work ethic to a better education. At a young age I got into Apple computers in High School & got the opportunity to take that knowledge to the Printing Industry. I was living the life, had a great job and lot of money. But I soon realized that all this wasn't the way of life. I soon found out that this isn't the way to life for someone else.
So I decided to leave my corporate life and Travel. I went to Florida, NY, GA, KY, and ended up here in the Greatest City in America (Nashville). From the Country Music to the honest down the earth people. Well as a young person I was never given the opportunity to learn about the Bible nor Jesus, I did believe but never knew the story. Well when I got to Nashville to start a new life with my love & only Mia (my Norwich terrier), she is my little Havana Rescue Dog. I bought her from some drugged out man in Miami for $25. She was only a month old so I had to feed her with a bottle for a month. But Mia is my world & hasn’t been away from her since the day I got her.
Sorry back to our story together, I had a Ford Explorer that has taken us around the whole Eastern States, it had about 650,000 miles and upon arriving in Nashville she (Betsey/Truck) decided to crack the block. So we had to salvage her and move to the streets. I could go to any shelter for the reason of Mia, no pets were allowed & I wasn't going to give up on her. So we met some people and decided to live in a tent behind a abandon house next to a church. Well Mia got fleas really bad & I found a great lady that took care of homeless people's pets for no charge, but the only way she would help us is if Mia got Spaded. So in despite need of making Mia okay, I agreed to the procedure, not knowing the recovery process. When Mia came back she wasn't the same energetic happy puppy that I’ve grown to love and adore. So in the reading of the recovery instructions #1 was she couldn't be in hot weather, since it was 100 degrees outside I was worried about her. Well this is when God stepped into my life and reviled that the Church next door was a ministry that would teach you the bible & they would take in dogs. So Mia could lay up in air conditioning to get through her recovery. Amen I was so blessed.
The best part of this was I could finally learn and adapt the Bible to our lives. So I enrolled in there program that allows me to learn & go on blessing to teach and encourage people about the word. Amen... After the program I'm going to try to find a job & my own place for Mia & myself but when going through program i can't work. So I heard about this site and thought it would be a great place for Mia & I to get help with our new start in life. I'm hoping to get blessed to pay off one ticket I have to regain my license, along with a down payment on a vehicle to get to and from work, If blessed possible 1st, last, security for new place to call our Nashville home. I'm still going to continue my walk of faith with Jesus & try to help others like me I was blessed or at the least give them a prayer/blessing myself.
I humbly appreciate the time you have taken to read Mia's & my page & hope you could help me help others.
God bless you & if I can say anything just smile & know it could always be worst, but if you have the Lord in your life there isn't anything you can't over come.
"I have shewed you all things, "how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive." Acts: 20,35
