Sometimes it is hard to believe how can your life turn upside down in a matter of seconds. Unfortunately, I learned this lesson the hard way. I am a single mom of a little girl. Even though it wasn't easy, I was always able to provide for our family and we used to lead a happy quiet life. Then one day it all changed. In 2013 I had a serious car accident which left me disabled and unable to work. I was 30 years old at the time. When my condition improved with my then-boyfriend we decided to move to GA in a hope to find better opportunities. I felt I was too young to just give up and live on disability benefits so I was trying to find a new job which eventually worked out. To my relief I was able to save enough money to get a new place. Sadly, after some time the relationship with my boyfriend started to go downhill and on the top of that because of the disability I had to stop working again. We argued more and more until it got physical one day and law enforcement was called. As a result, my lease was terminated, I have become homeless and my child now has to stay with another family. My ex managed to get a new place but I am still trying to get back on my feet. I do everything to keep it together but it's hard. As a homeless person I am forced to sleep in different places. Sometimes it is difficult to bathe. I have to ask for donations at gas stations so I can continue using my car. I am not asking for much, I only need some extra funds for a new start. My goal is to raise $2k - $3k to rent an apartment for me and my child, buy basic furniture and cover the essential expenses. I have been job hunting to get ourselves out of this situation and got a positive feedback from one of the places I reached out to. With a new job in sight, I am confident that after a couple of months I will be earning enough to keep us going. I don't want to go down the wrong path to make enough money. I don't have a family and don't know too many people, that's why I am doing this. My only wish is to see my little girl happy and secure again. With your kind contribution I would be able to finally move on from square one towards better future. Thank you for taking time to read about my situation. Any sum you could donate means a lot to me. If possible, I would be grateful if you could also spread the word by sharing this campaign with your circle of friends on social networks. Best wishes, Chivonne
