Update from the insurance company.

The fire department has considered the collapse was due to "wind damage" which has increased our deductible to be $1,900. Seriously? We can't See More

Saturday, while having some friends over, a freak accident happened. There was a loud crack and the whole ceiling collapsed in our living room and I was trapped under the rubble. The others made it out and my youngest son finally heard my cries for help. My husband and our friend were able to dig me out. We literally just spent our savings helping my oldest son out. We are helpers. My husband is one of the hardest workers I've ever known. I am on disability. It's humbling to be in a position of need. If anyone is able to help out and donate anything so we can get our home back in a safe living condition, all efforts will be greatly appreciated. God Bless.
