Molly Day is August 26th each year. It is a day designated to recognize the life of Molly Griffin. Molly's life was tragically cut short in February of 2015 by a drunk driver. Molly Day (her birthday) is a day to celebrate the way she lived her life. People of all ages are encouraged to join in by doing random acts of kindness.
Kids On A Mission has designated a specific project to honor Molly. Our gift will be given in Molly's name. We are partnering with a children's home in Haiti called Children of the Promise. We would like to support their Mamba Program. The Mamba Program is for children who are sick and malnourished and also for preventing children from becoming so. Mamba is a Ready-to Use Therapeutic Food made of ground roasted peanuts, powdered milk, cooking oil, sugar, vitamins, and minerals.
The average cost per day for a child to be supplied with adequate Mamba is $5. In rememberance of Molly, won't you join us in blessing and impacting the lives of these kids in Haiti?
