The HOPE Program empowers men and women living in poverty to change the trajectory of their lives through work readiness training, employment and career advancement. HOPE students face serious barriers - criminal justice involvement, substance abuse histories, chronic unemployment, precarious housing arrangements, and more. HOPE works to ensure our students have the hard and soft skills to succeed in today's work place. Our program model provides contextualized math, literacy, and computer skills training, while also teaching our students mindfulness strategies that will support them when life gets complicated or stressful. Our comprehensive and intensive program has a proven track record of producing industry-leading outcomes. Over 70% of our graduates are able to secure employment, with nearly 95% able to reach the 90-day job retention milestone. And a major benchmark achievement, 73% of our students are still employed a year later! I hope you will join us and support the men and women of HOPE who are dedicated to changing their lives. HOPE for Life!
