OVI VIOLET INTERNATIONAL's Fundraiser:

Hope for Terminally Ill Orphans

THE STORY:

3.6 million orphans in Kenya go without basic medical care and many face life-threatening illnesses with no treatment. Ovi & Violet International's goal is to provide a residential medical facility for the terminally ill orphans of Kenya so that they may experience hope and healing.

We are currently in need of $150,000 to support the costs for our final renovations and first year of service as the O.V.I. Children's Hospital. This facility will provide both health and home to orphans enduring HIV/AIDS, cancer, and other terminal illnesses.

The O.V.I. Children's Hospital is not only perfect in structure, but is centrally located between our two local hospitals where the children will be taken for surgeries, chemo, and radiation therapies. We will personally perform post-surgical and supportive care within our hospital and provide full financing of outside procedures for our children. This way, our children can receive all necessary care but also maintain a sense of home and security by outsourcing the most invasive procedures.

In addition to inpatient services, we will be offering a full-service outpatient clinic for orphans in nearby orphanages. We want to help as many children as possible, and our outpatient clinic will allow any orphans who may be sick or injured to come in and receive personalized care.

Our hospital will become a home for these children, not only physically, but emotionally. Our staff is dedicated to making these children feel as loved as if they were their own. This is our mission, and with the help of your donation, we will be able to provide continued care to these children at no cost for the rest of our lives.
