My name is Celeste Elmar. I’m a wife and a mother of three.
On November 8, 2013 our lives completely changed. My youngest daughter, Jazmin Cisneros at the age of three was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia with very high risk B cell. It was a shock to my family and me. Jazmin is vibrant and full of life. You couldn’t believe she had cancer in her. She's currently being treated at Cook Children's in Fort Worth. As of March 15, 2014, she has been in remission. If the disease doesn't come back, her end of treatment date is July 2016.
My husband is the only one working at this crucial time to support our family. I took off from work to take care of my daughter full time. Once in awhile I feel so overwhelmed and I need some assistance. My husband at times has to leave work to come to my aid. As a result of the medical expenses and only one of us working, we are currently in bad financial standing.
I'm asking for help to cover some medical expenses and other fees that include transportation to the hospital several times a week, hospital stays which are very frequent, and someone to pick up my two other children from school.
I know with God all things are possible.
Your donation will make a difference to my family and me during this crucial time in our lives.
