We are still looking for any help. Thank you everyone that has helped. See More
My parents Joe and Tammy have spent almost 25 years working toward that America dream of owning a home and raising a family. Two years before the fire took the only home me and my children ever really knew they had finally owned there home. And thankfully he didn't get laid off work till that dream was realized. Unfortunately with the lack of work and resources they did not have insurance at the time. My father is a proud man was a marine in the military raised two children took care of his wife and home. My parents have also been taking care of my uncle for the last 7 years so he doesn't have to spend his last years in a nursing home. They have been moved around from family member to family member these last few mouths and that puts a toll on anyone. And as his daughter. I've never seen my family so broken and lost. My children have been spending almost every other weekend to week here and there with there mammal and papaw on the farm since the day they where born. That's the first place we lived and all my kids came home from the hospital to mammal and papaws house. Its my childhood home I grew up in. And almost every piece of our past was burnt to nothing. My mom and dad are the most giving people. Even when they lose everything. My father stood in the yard watching his house burn when a neighbor came to offer my dad what money he could my father told him he should keep it someone else might need it more. My parents taught me how to give what you can. They are the people that give there shirts off there backs or there last dollar to someone else who needs it. I just feel like if there is karma in this world there has to be good karma right? I'm just asking for any help you can provide is so much appreciated.
