THE STORY:

John Graves inherited Polycystic Kidney disease (PKD) from his father and received a kidney transplant less than a year-and-a-half ago, which was donated by a friend. Now, having trained to the peak physical condition of his life, he has entered the Spartan Military Sprint in Colorado. This grueling 4 mile sprint is designed by the Special Forces and is considered the best outdoor obstacle course of 2012. Check it out:
