Homeless Kids in Houston: A Real-Life Fairytale
Once upon a time, there was a House of Tiny Treasures (HTT) in Houston. Homeless children from around the city went to HTT to be part of a safe, warm and welcoming learning environment while their parents worked to get back on their feet. Nurturing teachers and staff prepared these young students to thrive in kindergarten and beyond. The House of Tiny Treasures inspired Houstonians and others around the world to think tiny thoughts and perform tiny acts of kindness. HTT served more children and new Houses of Tiny Treasures were built, and before long, no children in Houston were homeless. THE END
