Through community partnerships, donors, and the effort of staff and volunteers, to promote access to a college education, professional development, and job placement assistance for members of the community with low income and nourishing minds out of poverty.™ Tax ID 47-2389045


Hunger for Success™ is the only organization that helps low income residents through their entire journey starting with college navigation and going all the way through to job placement. In addition, no other organization includes professional development as part of job training. At Hunger for Success™, we don’t stop there. We provide guidance for each participant to give back to their community and pay forward all that they learned for free.

Our training program runs all year long for the duration of our participant’s journey through college including to but limited to maintaining a family wage job. Our training program consists of the following topics:


1.            Resume Building

2.            College Entrance

3.            Professional Development:

i.              Strength Based Management

ii.             Listening Skills: Trusted Advisor

iii.            Generational Strategies

4.            Job Placement Services: resume, interviewing skills, job search

5.            Job Mentoring: engagement and personal development plan during the first 6 months of employment.

6.            Giving Back: creating opportunities to “pay forward” the participants FREE training.
