BENEFITING: DEAR JACK FOUNDATION INC
EVENT DATE: Sep 12, 2015
On September 12, 2015 I will be taking on the entire 17.1 miles of Imogene Pass. Considered one of the fiercest trail races in Colorado, the Imogene Pass Run is a 17.1 mile point-to-point mountain race within the western San Juan mountains of Colorado. The route connects the towns of Ouray (7810 ft.) and Telluride (8750 ft.) by way of 13,114 foot Imogene Pass.
Why am I attempting to run one of the most grueling Colorado mountain races? Because I can or I at least can try for all those who can NOT. Over 72,000 young adults are diagnosed with cancer each year. 10,000 of those diagnosed will lose their fight to the disease. So, please join me in providing a voice for the generations of young adults affected by the disease. Together, let's initiate change.
Please consider making a donation to benefit the Dear Jack Foundation. Every stride of my run will be dedicated to a beautiful new friend who has become my inspiration, motivation, and is a true example of strength and courage.
Thank you, Andrea
