In Loving Memory of Terrence D. Kellom
Organized by: Kevin Kellom
My name is Kevin Kellom SR, and up until 4/27/15 we had a loving and caring son, brother, uncle, father and friend. His name was Terrence D. Kellom. Not only was Terrence a loving and caring young man, he also was a devoted father. Terrence leaves behind two amazing children. At the time of his death, his children’s mother was 8 months pregnant with their baby girl. Terrence was so excited about the birth of his little girl, he just couldn’t wait. Unfortunately on 4/27/15 all of that was stripped from him. That’s also the day Terrence was murdered. His 20 year old young life was taken by a federal officer. He belongs to a federal task force known as US immigration and customs enforcement. “ICE” His name is Officer Mitchell Quinn. Officer Quinn reason for shooting and killing my son, was he said Terrence was coming at him with a hammer. This so called hammer that he supposes to have had, Kym Worthy (Prosecuting Attorney) confirmed that there were no fingerprints found on the hammer. I’m currently in the process of putting together a rally/movement honoring Terrence in August, and also focusing on getting me another vehicle. (The police took my last vehicle because Terrence periodically rode in it; they said they were checking for evidence). To make matters even worse, my vehicle was taken to the police impound yard. Then, about 3 months later someone from the yard called me saying, Mr. Kellom you can come pick up your vehicle but you must have x amount of dollars, ID and registration. The price to get my vehicle out was almost enough to buy another one, and at that time I had just lost my son, money was very tight for me. So, that’s why I’m reaching out for help/support.
