THE STORY:

I am a student of Illinois College, currently in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania as an intern for a NPO called CAFLO. CAFLO's goal is to contribute to the social and economic independence of people in Tanzania. Through education and counseling , CAFLO seeks to make people here have the capability to overcome diseases, poverty, illegal trafficking, and relationship issues on their own. I am given the mission to initiate an Internet cafe business that would be an income generator for them and also a business that would contribute to giving Internet access to people here whom can't afford to buy computer or smartphones. Due to extreme poverty, government of Tanzania is limited on its revenue and there is a lack of industries and companies here that can be donors for NPO like CAFLO. With the cooperation with my business partner I wrote a business plan. CAFLO have already invested in having an office for internet cafe and now we just need a little more funds to complete the capitals needed (computers, table, router, service, etc.). Lastly, I am doing this because I personally want to become a person that can care and feel responsible about everyone I meet just like my family. I hope you would find this as a good time for you to support make changes that will continuously lead to development. Thanks to see our business plan https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-08AV0eSs55JjiSusqSR8eulqPydKQm6KM8uBL7iZCE/edit?usp=docslist_api ‌
