We need clients in order to help our vets and those who protect us (police and firefighters as well).    I am John, the Executive VP of Global Services. I was talking to Jim (the CEO) the other day. I said to him "we're getting old and I already have friends who have moved on. Before I croak, I want to have an impact on helping people who deserve it, like our Vets and Police & Firemen."   He agreed. I ran the numbers and thought if we can promote this program, we can raise a ton of dough. Our profit margins are such that we can afford to donate 20% of wholesale and up to 40% of retail sales to Vet and Police / Firefighter organizations like the Gary Sinise Foundation and others who spend the bulk of their donations on helping others and not on administrative costs.  I'm talking about 20 to 30 percent right off the top. Not 20 to 30 percent of profits. This is like a sales commission which will occur year after year.  Who wouldn't renew coverage that only costs $19.97 for the entire year. Nobody offers what we have. We are the only company that utilizes QR codes, e-mail and SMS texting to make this happen. We are approved in over 214 countries for SMS texting and e-mailing in emergency situations. The additional revenues would allow both Jim and I to focus on sales and promotions to groups like motorcycle associations and city employees. We can attend motorcycle expo shows and not only approach individuals but helmet manufacturers, bike manufacturers, hard hat manufacturers, insurance companies, the list is endless. For example, we have approached Houston, Dallas, LA, Las Vegas and Phoenix to have their public employees sign up for our service.  Houston alone has over 34,000 employees. Wholesale to these employees would only be $10 a year per employee, or $340,000. The savings from avoiding just one prolonged stay in the hospital or one law suit due to improper medical treatment would pay for this service for years. Our donation for securing just the Houston account would mean $64,000 to the vets and others. Multiply that times many major US and european cities as well as motorcycle and other high risk wholesale accounts and we're talking millions of dollars to the cause. Retail spin off sales are still only $19.97 per year per individual. The growth potential here is exponential and phenomenal. When an individual signs up for our service, they list "emergency contacts", people who will be instantly notified via SMS text and e-mail in the event of an incapacitating accident. That's why motorcyclists should ALL have this service. The client carries our card which contains a QR code to be scanned, or the first responder can go to our web site, enter the client number on the card, and ALL of the emergency contacts are instantly notified. The first one to respond to the notification takes the lead, verifies the situation on the phone, and with one click releases the client's medical information to the first responder right there on the scene- the information the client entered when they signed up. All other emergency contacts are then automatically texted and e-mailed telling them who has the lead and to call them for updates and information on the client's condition.  Additionally, all the contacts are notified in advance that our client has signed up for our service, and are offered our service at a discount.  Those who sign up will list their emergency contacts and the process begins all over again.   The growth is practically guaranteed. 

The funding listed will allow us to promote this service via expos, radio, print and personal pounding of the pavement via phone and meetings with public officials (press the flesh). Working social media will play a major role here too. We will use these funds to ramp up internet promotions as well as affiliate marketing.  We have done all the hard work, now comes the fun. Once we're rolling, we'll be able to help hundreds of thousands of people. Additionally we will be looking at economies of scale in that our overhead will remain relatively low compared to growing revenues. This may very well allow us to make larger donations in the future. This could be an ongoing, churning cash cow for our vets and first responders.
