Brain Treatment Foundation & Carrick Brain Center:
Every 63 minutes we lose someone to the war with post traumatic stress and traumatic brain injury. Every 63 minutes we lose a son, a daughter, a sister or brother, a husband, a wife, a mother or father. Every 63 minutes we loose another courageous member of our military who has witnessed unspeakable tragedies while selflessly serving our country. Every 63 minutes we loose a hero. We have lost 49,000 veterans to suicide from 2005 to 2011 and recent data shows that we have lost 88,300 veterans since 2001.
The Brain Treatment Foundation and The Carrick Brain Centers is proud to support our nation’s heroes in their continuing battle against post-traumatic stress and traumatic brain injury. The brave men and women of our military have fought selflessly to preserve our freedom. It is our honor to ensure that no service member is left behind in the battles they face daily upon returning home from war.
The central nervous system stimulation therapies at the Carrick Brain Centers offer an innovative and non-pharmacological option for treating patients with post-traumatic stress and traumatic brain injury. We focus on the physiological aspects of PTS/TBI and use gold-standard diagnostic testing to isolate specific brain and central nervous system impairments. The therapies we employ then provide targeted stimulation in the affected areas, stimulating new neural connections and restoring impaired function. Our staff fosters realistic hope while providing breakthrough treatments, paving the way to everyday success and a better quality of life.
Through our partnerships and the support of people like you, we help veterans and their families find relief from invisible wounds of war, restoring a sense of normalcy and allowing for a better quality of life.
The Brain Treatment Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Charitable Organization and your donation is tax deductable.
Thank you for your generous support!
