Jackson Walk to Cure Lupus

For many, many years, Grace Carmer, a life long resident of Jackosn and a true lupus warrior, has served selflessly as a support group leader for the Michigan Lupus Foundation. She has been in and out of the hospital for the past year, and has been both resilient and courageous. Every year she organizes the Jackson Walk to Cure Lupus.
This year on Saturday, August 18th from 1 PM to 3 PM at Ella Sharp Park (2800 4th St. Jackson, MI 49203) lupus warriors, supporters, family and friends will gather to celebrate their victories in this constant battle against lupus. The cost is $10 per person and children are free (18 and under) Registration does not include T-shirts which are $10 each. Enjoy an Awesome Barbecue / Live Music / Fun Games / Great Raffle Prizes / Balloon Launch!
