BENEFITING: MILESTONES AUTISM ORGANIZATION
EVENT DATE: Feb 23, 2014
In 2004, we were told by a pediatric neurologist that our son had autism and would "never lead a normal life". After a period of grieving, I realized that there really is no such thing as a "normal life" and that even if there was, I didn't want a normal life for either of my children.
Nearly a decade later, Jack is thriving. Thanks to organizations like Milestones, Jack is in a mainstream classroom (he got five A's and two B+'s last trimester!), has awesome friends, is a talented artist and loving son.
His life is not normal, it's extraordinary!
We are participating in Milestones' Strike it Big bowlathon event to celebrate Jack's success and give back so more children and families can be helped. We hope you will consider making a donation (every dollar counts!) or even forming your own team ($200, 6 bowlers) for the fun event.
Thank you for your support of our family as we continue to spread the blessings of extraordinary lives!
